Department of play therapy

Currently, we all have a common problem that we have to feel more responsible towards each other to solve it. The idea and basis of play therapy has been compiled by the Iranian Social Work Scientific Association and by a group of social work graduates. We have decided to have a share in passing through the crisis more easily. During adolescence, teenagers discover their identity and revise their relationships with their families. Defiance, independence, demand for more freedoms, competition with the same age and release of puberty hormones change the behavior of teenagers. For example: they hate advice, they don’t come to parties, they like the company of their friends more, they like new experiences, they want more approval, and they slowly define privacy for themselves. They do not accept humiliation and finally deal with their parents in a new way. One of the ways to improve teenagers’ interactions with their families is physical activity and mobility, which is a good tool for mental liberation. Engage toddlers in an activity. Increase community programs. Because spending time with teenagers increases their sense of security and satisfaction. Dear parents, it is necessary to pay attention to several points: children’s ability to express or vent their emotions has an impact on the quality of tolerance to environmental disasters and threats. Children and adolescents need opportunities to share their anxieties, fears, anger and sadness with others. Placing parents in the position of a role model for genuine expression of feelings and also emphasizing their availability and presence to help him is effective in fulfilling the need of children and adolescents to understand, accept and handle difficult emotions. When your child is exposed to unpleasant environmental events in any way, in many cases, supporting and controlling the case and creating roles and responsibilities that are assigned to the child in any social context, including the family, can strengthen social connections, reduce isolation. and restore the sense of security in him. Based on this, the activities of this group strengthen participation and socialization skills and are helpful. Game therapy is a series of games for all age groups of Nikoo International School students, which have been designed and selected with the simplest and most accessible tools, and will help you, dear parents, to spend time

Make a plan with your children.

Play therapy is reviewed and performed with all students of the complex under the supervision of the psychologist of the complex. Also, game plans are sent to families during the Covid-19 era, so that families can spend happy time with their children.
