ضوابط استفاده و نگهداری از کارت دانش‌آموزی

کارت دانش‌آموزی یک کارت هویتی رسمی مدرسه است و استفاده از آن هنگام ورود و خروج از مدرسه، استفاده از سرویس، کتابخانه، سالن ورزشی، آزمایشگاه‌ها و سایر خدمات آموزشی الزامی است. نگهداری صحیح از این کارت بر عهده دانش‌آموز بوده و در صورت مفقودی، آسیب‌دیدگی یا استفاده نادرست، تمام مسئولیت‌ها بر عهده صاحب کارت خواهد بود.

این کارت قابل انتقال به غیر نیست و در صورت مشاهده هرگونه سوءاستفاده، مدرسه مجاز به مسدودسازی آن است.
لطفاً در حفظ کارت نهایت دقت را داشته باشید، زیرا کارت مجدد چاپ نمی‌شود و تنها در شرایط خاص و با طی مراحل اداری امکان صدور کارت جایگزین با دریافت هزینه خدمات وجود خواهد داشت.

 

The Student ID Card is the official identification card of the school and must be presented when entering or leaving the school premises, using school transportation, accessing the library, gym, laboratories, and other educational services. The student is fully responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of this card. In case of loss, damage, or misuse, the cardholder bears full responsibility.

This card is non-transferable and any misuse will result in disciplinary action and possible deactivation of the card.
Please handle the card carefully as it will not be reprinted. A replacement card will only be issued under special circumstances and after completing administrative procedures and paying the service fee.
