Online Pre-registration for the Upcoming Academic Year

For Current & New Students

To Register at Nikoo International School, Please Follow These Steps:

Completing the Online Pre-Registration Form
Please select and complete the correct form based on one of the following options:
(I am a Nikoo student) or (I am not a Nikoo student).
Having at Least One of the Following Conditions or Documents Required for Admission to the International School:

Foreign passport
Valid residence permit
Five-year visa after approval by the Centre for International Affairs (Ministry of Education)
Printed advertisement approved by the International Affairs Center
Valid Residence Permit along with bank statements in the destination country, approved by the Centre for International Affairs

Note: Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for admission to international schools may still participate in the school’s extracurricular programs during the summer and throughout the Academic Year.

Passing the Nikoo International School Entry Level Assessment.
Finalizing registration within the announced application window to ensure your spot.
After completing the Online Pre-registration Form, you will be contacted by the school’s admissions team. If you do not receive a call within a maximum of seven working days, kindly contact the school at ۰۹۱۰۵۷۴۴۲۱۳.

For pre-registration in our preschool, submission of the aforementioned documents is not required.

Overview of the Registration Procedure at Nikoo International School:

۱. Review of the Registration Requirements
Visit the website and study the registration requirements with care.

۲. Pre-Registration
Complete the pre-registration form on the school’s website.

۳. Receive a Registration Code and Appointment
Obtain a tracking code and schedule an appointment for the next steps.

۴. Initial Consultation
Attend an initial consultation session to discuss the student’s educational background and needs.

۵. Payment of Fees and Appointment Confirmation
Pay the required fees and confirm your appointment for the assessment.

۶. Participation in the Entry Level Assessment
The student participates in a grade-level entry assessment

۷. Parental Interview with School Board
Both parents attend a scheduled interview with the school board.

۸. Receive Final Interview Results
Obtain the final results of the interview process.

۹. Submit Required Documents
Successful candidates submit the necessary registration documents.

۱۰. Referral to the Accounting Office to Finalize Registration
Complete the payment process and finalize the registration at the accounting office.

۱۱. Receive Registration Confirmation Seal
Collect the official confirmation seal to validate registration.

۱۲. Referral to Executive Vice-principal for Books & Uniform
Refer to the Executive vice-principal to receive textbooks, uniform and other requirements.
